Selaginella moellendorffii:

Several cDNA libraries were made by JGI from RNA isolated from mixed tissues, including roots, juvenile and adult plants, including 
stobili (reproductive tissue, but not gametophytes).  cDNA was directionally cloned into one of two vectors (pMVSPORT6 and pMCL-cDNA;
